S.O. 132(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sec- tion 11 of the Copyright Act, 1957 (14 of 1957) and in modification of [he notification issued by the Ministry of Education & Culture (Department of Education), No. S.O. 267(E), dated the 1st April, 19H1 the Central Governmtnt hereby appoints Lhe following members as members of the Copyright Board, namely •—.
1. Shri Justice Ram Asray Misni, (Retlied) JudRe, Allahabad High Court —Chairman.
4. The Law and Judicial Secretary to the Government of Maharashtra —Member.
5. The Secretary, Law &. Judiciary Dcpaitment, Govern- ment of Madhyu Pradesh —Member.
6. The Judicial Secietury, Government of Uttar Pradesh —Member.
7. The Joint Secretary and Legal Adviser, Ministry of J^aw, Justin: & Company Afl'aiis Government of India —Member.
8. The Judicial Secretary Government of We^t Bengal —Member.
9. Joint Sceielaiy/Joint Educational Adviser, Inchaige Copyiight Division, Ministry of Educaton & Culture, Government of India —Member,
Shri Justice Ram Asray Misra shall be deemed to have held the ollice of the Chairman with effect from the 23rd January, 1982 and shall hold office for the -cmaining term ot the Copyiight Boaid whi;h is to cspiri on 31s: March 1985.
The other non ofllcidl members shall hold office for the full teim of the Board (ie. four years) with effect from the 1st April, 1981. The official members shall hold the office for lhe full term of the Board or till the date they hold offices irnder their rcipectiv- Governments, whichever date is earlier,
