G.SJt. 102(E).—Whereas a vacancy hus occuned in ihc office of the Presiding Officer of the National Industrial Tribunal, Bombay constituted by the notification of the Government of Tndia in the Ministry of Labour No. O.S.R. 24(E) dated January 16, 1981 published in Part II—Section 3-—Sub- section (i) of the Gazette of India Extraordinary dnled January 16, 1981.
Now, therefore, in pursuance of the provision of section 8 of the Indus- trial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri M. D. Kambli as the presiding officer of the said National Industrial Tribunal.
