S.O. 133(E).—In pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 81 read with section 115 of the Gold (Conrol) Act, 1968 (45 of 1968), I, A. K. Bandyopadhyay, the Administrator, hereb> authorise all the officers of and above the rank of Assistant Collectors of Customs and Central Excise, as authorised offi- cers for the purposes of Chapter XIV of the said Act.
