S.O. 142{E).~ln exercise of (he powers conferred by section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S,O, 325(E) dated the 18th May, 1978, namely :—

In the said Order under the heading "Member (Production, Projects and Planning)" Item No. 7 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted,
