G.S.R. 103(E).—In exercise of the powcis conferred by sub-rule (.1) of rulft 8 of the Central Excjse Rules, 1944, the Centjal Government hereby exempts bare copper wires of 30 SWG and finer (thinnei) than 30 SWG, falling under Item No. 33B of the Flist Schedule to the Centr il Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), which are proved to the satisfaction of the Assistant Collector of Central F\cise to be intended tor the manufacture of imitation 'Zau', from the whole of the duty of excise leviable thereon under Section 3 of the said Act.
