&S.R. 11J(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (h) of sub- section (2) of section 80C of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of i96l), thj Cen- tral Oovernmcn( hereby specifics the National Savings Certificates (VI Issue) and the National Savings Certificate (Vll Issue) as securities for the purposes of the said clause.
2. This notification shall come into force on the 2nd of April, 11>83
