S.O. 157(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred b> Sectioi 6 of the In- dustries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 ot 19il) read with rules 2, 4 & 5 of the Development Council (Procedural) Rules, 1952, the Central Government heieby appoints the following person to bo niembci of the Development Council for Heavy ElecUical tind Allied Industries constituted by the Order of the Government of India in the Department of Heavy Industry order dated the 21st July, 19H2 and directs (hat the following substitution find amendments shall be made in the said Older namely .—-
