S.O. 165(Ej.—In exercise of the powers conferred b> hiiij-ckiuse Uvn) of clduse (a) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1981 (40 of 1981) the Cential Government, being of opinion th,U striken in any sovice in the hotels (including restaurants attached thereto) in the Union Territory of Delhi would prejudicially affect the maintenance ut the public utility service, hereby declines every such service to be an essential service for the purposes of the said Act.
