को. नि. आ. 15-ई सशस्त्र मेना (आपात ड्यूटियां) अर्धनयम, 1947 क खण्ड-2 के उपखण्ड ( 1) में प्रदन्न क्तियो का प्रयोग करत हुए और भारत सरकार , रक्षा मंत्रालय ही 10 फरवरी , 1983 की का गि . आ 9 -ई की अधिसूचना का क्रम में , केन्द्र मरकार , असम राज्य में डाक सेवाओं के संचालन और उन्हें बनाए रखने से संबंधित सभी सेवाओं को 10 मार्च , 1963 से आगे एक महीने की अवधि के लिए एतद्धारा समाज के लिए अति महत्वपूर्ण सेवाए घोषित करती है ।

New Delhi , the 9th Mrich , 1983
S.R.O. 15 ( E) . In exercise of the powers conferted by Sub- Section ( 1) of Section 2 of the Armed Forces (Emergency Duties) Act , 1947 , and in continuation of the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Defence S.R O. No 9 - E dated he 10th February , 1983 the Central Govern- ment hereby declare all services connected with the postal operations and maintenance in the State of Assam to re 1437 G1/ 82
services of vital importance to the community for a further period of one month with effect from 10th March , 1983 .

का. नि. आ.16-ई -छावनी अधिनियम , 1924 (1924 का 2 ) की धारा 15 की उपधारा ( 1) के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय मरकार , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि प्रशासनिक कठिनाई से बचने के लिए यह आवश्यक है , एतद्धारा दानापुर छावनी बोर्ड से सभी निर्वाचित सदस्यों को पदावधि14 सितम्बर , 1983 तक या उनके पद उत्तराधि- कारी के , शासकीय राजपत्र में , निर्वाचन अधिसूचना की तारीख तक , इनमें जो भी पहले हो , बढ़ाती है ।

S.R.O. 16(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to the sub - section ( 1) of section 15 of the Canton- ments Act, 1924 ( 2 of 1924) , the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in order to avoid administrative difficulty hereby extends the term of office of all the elected members of Dinapore Cantonment Board up to 14th Septem- bei, 1983 or the date of notification of elections of their successors in office in the official gazette , whichever is carier .
