ORDER
New Delhi, the 14th March, 1983
2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART H—SEC. 3(ii)] said Order was extended upto and inclusive of the 31st Mareh, 1983; indutitiial undci taking known as Messrs Carter Pooler and Company Piivate Limited, Calcuttu, was taken ovfir by tho Authonjed Controller referred to in the said order for a period of five years ;And, whereas, tho Central Government is of Ihc opinion that it is expedient in the public inleiCHt that the management of the said industrial undertaking by the said authorised con- troller should continue for further period uplo and inclusive of 30th April, 1983;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (2) of Section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of 30th April, 1983.
