CORRIGENDUM
S.O. 177 ( E ) . In the Statutory Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport ( Fransport Wing ) No. S.O. 110 ( E ) dated the 14th February , 1983 , published in Part II, Section 3 , Sub- section ( ii ) , for the last para substitute the following :-
"The above relaxation is subject to the conditions that the operation of the Tractor Trailers will be effected sparingly and provided the State Public Works Department is satisfied about safety of struc- tures , roads , bridges , culverts and with due regard to safety to all road users for which both the State PWD and the police authori- ties will be duly informed by the operators .
