S.O. iltHjE).—ln pursuance of sub-section (5) of section 5 lead with sub- section (6) of suction 6 of the Press Council Act, 1978 (37 of 1978), the Cen- tral Government hereby notifies the names of Sarvashn Anin Kumar Nehru and R. Rumakrishmm as members in place Shri H. K. L. Bhngat, who vacated the offic • in accordance with sub-section (5) of section fi of the said Act aud of Shi i Hiloo Modv whose place has fallen vacant consequent upon his demise and males the iollowing fltnendment in the notiacation of the Government of India in the Minisiiy of Information und Broadcasting No. S-O, 130(E), dated the 8th Mnr.h, 1982, namely:—
In the said notification,—
(a) against serial number 24, for the enti;, "Shn H. K, I.. Bhagnt" the
following shall be substituted, "Shri Arun Kumar Nehru",
(b) against .serial number 28, foi the entry "Shri Piloo Mody" the fol-
lowing shall be substituted, namely ;--
"Shri R. Ramakrishuan."
