GAIL MS(E).—In pursuance of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. S.O. 749(E), dated 16th October, 1982, the Central Government hereby appoints the day of the publication of this notification in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, as the date on which the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act 1971 (40 of 1971) shall corae into force in the State of Sikkira.
