O.N. 3S(E).—In pursuance of the powers conferred on it by Article 324 of the Constitution read with rules 5 and 10 of the Conduct of Elections Rules, 1961, and clause (d) of sub-paragraph <1) and tub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 17 and paragraph 18 of the Election Symbols (Reservation and Allotment,/ Order, 19ti8, and all other powers enabling u in this benaif the !Elocfiori Commission trereby makes the following further amendments in it& notification No. 56/82, dated tho 8th April, Iy82, as amended from limo to time, namely —
In Table 4 of the said Notification,—
The symbol 'Flower' specified in column 2, as free symbol for the States of I. Haryana, 2. Karnataka, 3. Kerla, 4, Manipur, 5. Sikkim, 6. Tamil Nadu, and Union Territories of 7. Chandigarh and 8. Goa, Daman and Diu, shall be deleted and further entries against the said States and Union Territories shall be renumbered accordingly.
