la) 24th March, 1983 (Thursday), as the last date for
making nominations ;
(M 25th March, 1983 (Friday), as the date for the
scrutiny of nominations ;
(c) 31st March, 1983 (Thursday), as the last date for
withdrawal of candidatures ;
