New Delhi, the 17th March, 1983
S.O. 18i(E).—lu exericse of the powers conferred by Section 7, read with Section 9 of the Minimum Wages Act, ]y48 (H of 1948), and sub-rulo (3) of rule 4 of the Minimum Wdges (Central) Rules, 1950, the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following amendments in the Late Ministry of Labour S.O. No. 393(E) dated the 28th May, 1981, and modified vide S.O. No. 124 (E) dated the 5tto March, 1981, namely :—
In the said notification, m item II, relating to the "Representatives of Employers" for serial number 5 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely .—
(5) Shri B. B. L. Madhukar, Acting Chairman, Mica Trading Corpo-
ration of India, 137 Pataliputia Colony, Patna-800013.
