New Delhi, the 18th March, i983
G.S.R. 274(E)<—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub- section (1) of section 19 of the Warehousing Corporations Act, 1962 (58 of 1962), the Central Government, after consultation with the Government of Kerala, hereby increases the maximum limit of the authorised capital of the Kerala State Warehousing Corporation to three crores of rupees, divided into three Sac shares of the face value of one hundercd rupees each.
