ORDER
G.S.R. 275(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by
section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Kerosene (Fixatian of Ceiling Prices) Order, 1970, namely:—
1.(1) This Order may be called the Kerosene (Fixation of Ceiling Prices) Second Amendment Order, 1983;
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in
the Official Gazette.
2. In the Kerosene (Fixation of Ceiling Prices) Order,
1970,—
(a) Clauses 3A and 4A shall be omitted;
