ORDER

New Delhi, the 18th March, 1983

G.S.R. 276(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of*1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Petroleum Products (Supply and Distribution) Order, 1972, namely :—

1. (1) This order may be called the Petroleum Products (Supply and Dis- tribution) Second Amendment Order, 1983.

(2) It shall come into force on the date of¹ its publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Petroleum Products (Supply and Distribution) Order, 1972, in sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 3, the third proviso, shall be omitted.
