NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 18th March, 1983
S.O. 182(E).—The Central Government having considered
in consultation with Forward Markets Commission, the appli-
cation for the renewal of recognition made under section 5
of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952),
by the Central India Commercial Exchange Ltd., Gwalior
and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the
trade and also in the public interest so to do, hereby Brants,
in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the said
Act, recognition to the said exchange for a period of one
year from 18th March, 1983 to 17th March, 1984 (both
days inclusive) in respect of forward contracts in Gur.
2. The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condi-
tion that the said exchange shall comply with such directions
us may, from time to time, be given by the Forward Markets
Commission.

in the public interest so to do, hereby grants, m exercise
of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the wud Act, re-
cognition to the said exchange for a period of one year
from 18th March, 1983 to 17th March, 1984 (boih days in-
clusive) in respect of forward contracts in Gur.
2. The recognition hereby Kranted is subject k* the con-
dition that the said exchange shall comply with such direc-
tions a* may, from tune to time, be given by the Forward
Markets Commission.
