No. 3(1)/Stf-'E. POL.—Under Resolution of even number dated 16th March, 1981 read with Resolutions of even number dated 3Otb April, 1981, 6th July, 1981 and 2nd April, 1982, the Government in the Ministry of Commerce had re-constituted the Central Advisory Council on Trade for a period of 2 years with effect from 13th March, 1981.
2. It has been decided to extend the term of the Council upto 31st March, 1983. Para 3 of the Resolution dated the 16th March, 1981, may accordingly be substituted as follows :—
"3. The Central Advisory Council will consist of 33 members as shown in the annexure. It will be presided over by the Minister of Commerce us Chairman and in his absence by the Minister of State/Deputy Minister in the Ministry of (1) Minister of Commerce—Chairman
(2) Minister of State/Deputy Minister in the
Ministry of Commerce —Vice-Chairman
ORDER
Ordered that a copy of the resolution be communicated to the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Members of the Council, Private Secretary and Military Secretary to the President, Prime Minister's Office, Planning Commission, all Ministeries of the Government of India and all the State Governments in India.
Ordered also that the resolution be published in the
Gazette of India for general information.
