S.O. 190(E) Whereas the Central Government is satisfied that in relation to the Cauvery Sugar and Chemicals Limited, Cauvery Factory, manufacturing sugar at Petraivaytalar in the district of Tiruchirapalli in the State of Tamil Nadu, being the notified sugar undertaking, it is necessary so to do in the interests of the general public with a view to preventing the fall in the volume of production of the sugar industry ;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1), read with sub-section (2), of section 7 of the Sugar Undertakings (Taking Over of Manage- ment) Act, 1978 (49 of 1978), and in continuation of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Food) No. S.O. 167(E), dated the 25th March, 1982, the Central Government hereby declares that the operation of all obligations and liabilities accruing or arising out of all contracts, assurances of pro- perty, agreements, settlements, awards, standing orders or other instruments in force immediately before the 28th March, 1980 (other than those relating to secured Facilities to banks and financial institutions) to which the said sugar

S.O. 191(E).—Whereas tJic Central Government is satis- Jicd that in relation to the Ajudbia Sugar Mills, manufactur- ing sugar at Raja-ka-Sahaspur in the district of Muradabad in the State of Uttar Pradesh, being the notified sugar undertaking, it is necessary so to do in the interests of the general public wilh a view to preventing the (all in the volume of production of the sinjar industry ;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (.1), read with sub-section (2), of section 7 of the Sugar Undertakings (Taking Over of Manage- ment) Act, 197K {49 of 1978), and in continuation of Ilk- notification of the Government of India in the Ministry ol Agiicultuic (Department of Food) No. S.O. 168(E), dated the 25th March, 1982. the Central Government hereby declares that the operation of all obligations and liabilities accruing or arising out of all contracts, assurances of pro- pctry, agreements, settlements, awards, standing orders or other instruments in force immediately before the 28th March, 1980 (other than those relating to secured, liabilities to banks and financial institutions) to which the said sugar undertaking or the person owning the said sugar under- taking is a party, or which may he applicable to the said sugar undertaking or (hat person, shall remain suspended for a further period of one \ear from the 28th March, 1983,

the 25th March, 1982, the Central Government hereby declares that the operation of all obligations and liabilities accruing or arising out of all contracts, assurances of pro- perty, agreements, settlements, awards, standing Orders or other instruments in force immediately before the 28th March, 1980 to which the said sugar undertaking or the person owning the said sugar undertaking is a party, or which may be applicable to the said sugar undertaking or that per- sou, shall remain suspended foi m further period of one year from the 28th March, 1983.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1), lead with sub-section (2), of section 7 of the Sugar Undertakings (Taking Over of Manage- ment) Art, 1978 (49 of 1978), and in continuation of the notification of the Government of India in ,thc Ministry of Agriculture Department of Food) No. S.O. 172CE), dated the 25th March, 1982, the Central Government hereby declares that the operation of all obligations and 'labilities accruing or arising out of all contracts, assurances of pro- perty, agreements, settlements, awards, standing Orders or other instruments in force immediately before the 28th Maich, 1980 to which the said sugar undertaking or the person owning Ihc said sugar undertaking is a party, or which may be applicable to the said sugar undertaking or that per- son, shall remain suspended for T further period of one year from the 28th March, 1983.
