New Delhi, the 22nd March, 1983
S.O. 198(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976). the Central Government on being re- quested so to do by Bank of India, establishes with effect from the 23rd March 1983 a Regional Rural Bank in the State of Madhya Pradesh under the name of Rajgarh Kshetriya Gramin Bank which shall operate within the local limits of the district of Rajgarh in the State of Madhya Pradesh.

2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)l New Delhi, the 22nd March, 1983S.O. 199(E).—In pursuance of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government after con- sultation with the Reserve Bank of India and Bank of India by which Rajgarh Kshetriya Gramin Bank has been sponsored specifies Biaora in the district of Rajgarh as the place where Rajgarh Kshetriya Gramin Bank shall have its head office.

8.O. 201(E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 11 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri M. K, Dubey as Chairman of the Rajgarh Kshetriya Gramin Bank, Blaora and specifics the period commencing on the 23rd March, 1983 and ending with the 31tt March, 1986 as the period for which the said Shri M. K, Dubcy shall hold office as such Chairman.
