S.O. 211(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of sub-section (6) of section 42 of the Regional Rural Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1954) the Reserve Bank of India hereby directs the inclusion in the Second Schedule to the said Act of the following bank, namely :—

Pandcy as Chairman of the Shahjahanpur Kshe- triya Gramin Bank, Shahjahanpur and specifics the period commencing on the 24-3-1983 and ending witli the 31-3-1986
