फा ०सं० 600/ 2202-2203/ 83-प्र० म०. सीमा शुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिअदायगी नियमावली , 1971 ( भारत के राजपक्ष, असाधारण , दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 मे प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं ० 52/ फा०सं० 602/ 2/ 70-प्र० अ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन, केन्द्रीय सरकार सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिमवायगी/ सा० सू०-50 दिनांक 1 जून, 1982 में प्रकाशित सारणी मे एसद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है
उपक्रमांक 2203 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियो के स्थान पर निम्मलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:--

: उपर्युक्त स्तम्भ 3 में गणित प्रतिअदायगी की दरों में केवल प्लाईवुड फलकों, एल्यूमीनियम पनियों, लोहे की भेखों, तथा टिन जुड़नारों की खपत को ही हिंसाम में लिया गया है । अन्य कोई जुड़नार/ पवार्थ, यदि कोई प्रयुक्त किए गए हों, के संबंध में संगत सर्वउद्योग वर पर प्रतिअदायगी का भुगताम किया जाएगा ।

(७) मसंयोजित पेटियों के प्लाई घुड फलकों तथा उसकी जुड़- नारों को जब इकट्ठा निर्यात किया जाए ( अर्थात् पृथकन निर्यात न किया गया हो) अथवा उपर्युक्त ( क) पर वर्णित से भिन्न चाय ( सभी प्रकार की) से भरी प्लाईवुड गेटियो समेत संयोजित पेटियां ।
प्लाईवुड फलक के संपूर्ण के ० उ ० शु ० प्रति सौ वर्गमीटर पर 130.०० १० ( एक सौ तीस रुपये केवल) जमा चाय पेटी में प्रयुक्त संपूर्ण के ० उ ० शु ० अबरी पक्षी ( कागज- बार एल्युमीनियम पत्नी) के प्रति किलोग्रामपर 9.70 रुपये (नौ रुपये सत्तर पैसे केवल)
जमा अन्य जुड़नार तथा पदार्थ, यदिकोई प्रयुक्तकिए गए हों, के संबंध में इस अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट उपयुक्त वर पर प्रति- अदायगी ।
यह सार्वजनिक सूचना 1 नवम्बर, 1982 को प्रवृत्त हुई मानी जाएगी ।

Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 (Notification No. 52 /F.No , 60 /2/70- DBK published in the Gazette of IndiaExtraordinary, dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Table published in the Publie Notice No. Drawback/PN-50 dated the 1st June , 1982 :--

सं ० प्रतिमवाधणी/सा ० सू० 6/83
फा०सं० 600/ 2703/ 82-प्र० अ० सीमाशुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिअदायगी नियमावली, 1971 ( भारत के राजपक्ष, असाधारण , दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं० 52 /फा ०सं ० 602/2/ 70-प्र ०अ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन, केन्द्रीय सरकार सार्वजनिक सूचना स ० प्रतिअदायगी/ सा० सू० 50 , दिनांक 1 जूम, 1982 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा निम्मलिश्रित संशोधन करती है:-
उपक्रमांक 2712 मौर उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के बाद, निम्नलिखित "टिप्पणी" जोड़ दी जाएगी ।
"टिप्पणी : ( i ) उपक्रमांक 2705 , 2710, 2711 और 2712 के अधीन आने बाली तैयार भदों पर भी, तैयार माल मे शुद्ध फैब्रिक अन्तर्वस्तु पर गदा किए गए फैब्रिक स्तर पर उत्पादन शुष्क (जिभमें प्रक्रिया स्सर-शुल्क भी शामिल हैं ) यदि कोई हो, का 100 प्रतिशत ( केवल सौ प्रतिशत ) उस स्थिति में भुगतान किया जाएगा, यदि सहायक सीमा शुल्क समाहर्ता के समाधानप्रय रूप मे ऐसा साबित कर दिया गया हो ।

(ii) फैब्रिक पर केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क की अदायगी प्रमाणित करने की दृष्टि से, उपक्रमांक 2727 में उल्लिखित मौजूदा स्पष्टीकरण , आवश्यक परिवर्तन सहित , तैयार मदों के मामलों मे भी लागू होगा । "
यह सार्वजनिक सूचना दिनाक 1 जून, 1982 से लागू समझी जाएगी ।

Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 ( Notification No. 52/F.No.602/2/70 -DBK published in the Gazette of Incia Extra. orc inary, dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. Drawback PN 50 dated the 1st June, 1982 :-
After SS No. 2712 and the entries relating thereto the follo- wing ' NOTE' shall be added .
"Note ( i ) Made up articles falling under SS No. 2705 , 2710, 2711 and 2712 shall also be paid 100 % (hundred percent only) of fabric stage excise duties (including processing stage duties) paid, if any, on the net fabric content in the made up articles and proved so to the satisfaction of Assistant Collector of Cus- toms.
(ii) In order to establish payment of Central Excise duty on fabric, existing explanation appearing under SS No. 2727 shall, Mutatis , mutandi apply in case of made up articles also. "
This Public Notice shall be deemed to have come into force on 1st June, 1982 .
सं० प्रतिअदायगी/ सा० सू० 7/83
तथा केन्द्रीय फा०सं० 600/1917/ 83-डी० बी०के ० -सीमाशुल्क उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिअदायगी नियमावली, 1971 ( भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं० 52/ फा०सं० 602/ 2/ 70-प्र०अ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन, केन्द्रीय सरकार सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिअदायगी/सा ० सू० 50 दिनाक 1 जून 1982 में । काशित सारणी में तद्वाग निम्नलिखित सशोधन करती है:-
उपक्रमांक 1917 के बाद आने वाली वर्तमान टिप्पणी के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा, अर्थात:--
टिप्पणी-1 (i) सख्न प्लास्टिक बोर्ड , गोदिन, शीट और फिल्म चाहे वे लेकरीकृत हों अथवा परतदार हों अथवा धात्विकृत हो, या नही ( इनमे पोलिविनाइल क्लोराइड राल से निर्मित ये वस्तुएं भी शामिल हैं ) जब उनका निर्यात इसी रूप में किया जाए । तथापि यह निषेव पोलि विनाइल क्लोराइड ( पी ०वी०सी० ) से विनिर्मित वस्तुओं से भिन्न 0.25 मि ०मी० तक की मोटाई वाली फिल्मों अथवा शीटों पर लागू नहीं होगा; तथा"
यह भार्वजनिक सूचना 23 जनवरी 1983 को लागू हुई समझी जायेगी ।

Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 (Notification No. 52/F.No.602/ 2 /70- DBK published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary , dated the 25th August , 1971 , the Central Govern. ment hereby makes the following amendment in the Table pub- lished in the Public Notice No. Drawback/PN - 50 dated the 1st June, 1982:
For the existing Note :-1 ( i) appearing after SS No. 1917, the following shall be substituted, namely:---
"Note 1 : ( i ) Rigid plastic board , sheetings Sheet and films , whether lacquered or laminated or metalised or not ( including those articles manufactured from PVC Resin ), when exported as such . However this prohibition shall not apply to films or sheets upto and including thickness of 0.25 mm other than those manufactured from Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) ; and "
This Public Notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 23rd day of January , 1983.
