S.O. 213(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 4 of (he Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976) the Central Government, after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and Andhra Bank by which Chaitanya Grameena Bank has been sponsored, specifics Tenali in Guntur District as the place where Chaitanya Grameena Bank shall have its head office.

New Delhi, the 24th March, 1983S.O. 212(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government on being re- quested so to do by Andhra Bank establishes, with effect from 1502 GI/82 (1)

Dr. K. Viswanatha Rao as the Chairman of the Chaitnnya Orameena Bank shall have its head office, on the 25th March, 1983 and ending with 31st March, 1986 us the period for which the said Dr, K. Viswanatha Rao shall hold office as such Chairman.

S.O. 214TE).—In pursuance of sub-clause (ii>) of clause (a) of sub-section (6) of section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Central Government hereby notifies, for the purposes of the said sub-clause, Chaitanya Gramecna Bank. Tenali beine an institution established under sub- jection (1) of section 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976).
