S.O. 223(E).—In pursuance of sub-clause (iii) of clause (a) of sub-section (6) of section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Central Government hereby notifies, for the purpose of the said sub-clause, Nainital Almora Kshetriya Gramin Bank, Nainital being an institu- tion established under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976).
