ORDER
And, whereas, (he Cential Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said Order should continue to have effect for n further period i.pto and inclusive of the 30th September, 1983 ;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers confeued by sub-section (2) of section 18AA read with the pioviso to sub-section (2) of section 18AA of the Industries (Develop- ment and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951J, the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 30th September, 1983.
[Pile No. 2(6)/Kl-ClJSI S.O. 233RA/82 Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 319(E)/18AA/TDRV76, dated the 27th April, 1976 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), the Central Government had authorised the Jammu and Kashmir Indus- tries Limited to take over the management of the whole of the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Plyboard Indus- tries Limited, Pampore, Jammu and Kashmir, for a period of five years, that is, upto and inclusive of the 26th April, 1981 ;
