ORDER

New Delhi, the 28th March, 1983S.O. 234(E)/18A/IDRA/83.-Whereas by the Order of lbs Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (De- partment of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 218(E)/18A/ IDRA/78, dated the 29th March, 1978 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), the management of the Industrial Under taking known as Messrs Alok Udyog Vanaspati and Plywood Limited, Located at Calcutta, had been taken over for a period of five years with effect from 29th March, 1978, and the West Bengal Forest Development Corporation Limi- ted, 6A, Raja Subodh Mallick Square, 7th Floor, Calcutta- 700013, was appointed as the authorised controller ; 1518 GI/82 (1)

tries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 30th September, 1983.

And, whereas, the- Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said Order should continue to have effect for a further period upto ttio 30th September, 1983 ;
