No. 91/83-CUSTOMS

New Delhi, the 30th March, 1983

G.S.R. 287(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking No. ,198-Customs dated 2nd August, 1976, namely :—

' In the said notification in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words "31st day of March, 1983", the figures, letters and words "31st day of March, 1985" shall be substituted.
