G.S.R. 3Q10S).—Tn exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 2/83-Central Excise, dated the 1st January, 1983, namely :—
In the said notification, for tbc figures, letters and words "31st day of March 1983" the figures, letters and words "30th day of June, 19S3" shall be substituted.
