ORDER
2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART I I - S E C. 3(ii)] TDRA/82 dated the 31st December, 1982, the duiation of tbo smd Order was further extended for a furthei period upto and inclu-ivc of tho 31st Maich, 1983;Development No. S.O. 60S(.E)/18A/IDRA/72. dated the 18th September, 1972 (hereinafttr referred to as the said Older), the management of the indibtrial undertaking known as Lhc Indian Rubber Manufacturer Limited, Calcutta, has been taken over for a period upto and inclusive of the 17th September, 1977;
And, wheieas by the Oidei ,_"£ the Government of India No. S,O. 638(E)/IBA/IDRA/77, dated the 26th August, 1977 the said Order was extended for a further pejiod upto and inclusive of the 17th September, 1979;
And, whereas by the Orders of the Government of India No. S.O. 520(E)/18A/IDRA/79 dated the 17th September, 1979, No. S.O. 704(t)/18A/IDRA/81, dated the 17th September, 1981, No. S.O. 138(E)/18A/IDRA/82. dated the 17th lVfarch, 1982, No. S.O. 674(E)/18A/IDRA/82, dated the 17th September, 1982, and No, S.O. 867(E)/18A/ And, wheicas the Central Goveioment is of the opinion tlwt it is expedient in the public interest that the smd Order thould continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of 30th September, 1983;
Now, theicfbre, in exercise of the powcis conicn.d by the provision of section ISA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, ]951 (65 of 1951), the Centr.il Govern- ment hcrchv diiects that the said Order shall continue to have eiTeot for a fuithcr period upto and inclusive of the 30th September, 1983.
