S.O. 272(E)/18AA/lDRA/83.—Whereus by ths OrUei of the Government of Indin in the Ministry of Industry (Dc- paitment o( Industrial Development) No, S,O. 825 ( E )/ 18AA/IDRA/76 dated the 23rd December, 1976 (hereinaitei lefcired to as the said Order), the ui'mascmenj' of the whole of the industrial undertaking knovvii as. Messis Cnivery Spin- ning ;ind Weaving Mills Limited, PiiduUcoitu, was taken over under clause (b) of sub-section (\) of section 18AA of the Industiies (Development and RcKulalion) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), for a period of five years fiom the 23id December, 1976, and the Tamil Nadu Textile Corporation was airtho- used to lake o\ei the management of the whole of the said industrial undertaking;
And, whereas, by the Ordei ot the Government uf Imlla in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Develop- ment; No. S.O. 9O6(E)/J8AA/IDRA/8i,' dated the 22ncl December, 1981, the period of the said Order was extended foi a fuither peiiod of six months upto and inclusive of the 22nd June, 1982,
And, wheieus, by the Order of. the Government of India m (he Ministry of Industiy (Department of Industrial Deve- lopment) No. S.O, 437(17)/18AA/IDRA/82, dated the 22nd June, 1^82, the period of the said Order was extended upto and inclusive of the 30th September, 1982;
And, wheieas, by the Older of the Government, of India in the MinMry of Indirstry (Department of Industrie! Deve- lopment) No. S.O. 699(E)/18AA/IDRA/R2 dated t!,e 30th September, 1982, the period of the said order was extended upto and inclusive of the list March. 1983.
And, wheieas, the Lential Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the said Order should continue to have effect for a further peiiod upto und inclusive of the 30th Septembci, 1983;
Now, thciefoie, in exercise of ihe poweu conferred by sub- '.ection (2j of section 18AA of Che Industries (Development L'nd Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Gov- ernment hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have eilect for u further period upto and "inclusive of the 30th September. 1983.
