ORDER
New Delhi, the 1st April, 1983
G.S.R. 308 (E).—In exercise of the powers con- ferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Kerosene (Fixation of Ceiling Prices) Order, 1970, namely:—
1. (1) This order may be called the Kerosene (Fixation of Ceiling Prices) Third Amendment Order, 1983.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its
publication in the Official Gazette.
