New Delhi, the 1st April, 1983
G.S.R. 309(E)— In exercise of the powers con- ferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Light Diesel Oil (Fixation of Ceiling Prices) Order, 1973, Namely:—
1.(1) This Order may be called the Light Diesel Oil (Fixation of Ceiling Prices) Sacond (Amendment) Order, 1983.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of
its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. For the Schedule appended to the Light Diesel Oil (Fixation of Ceiling Prices) Order, 1973, the follow- ing Schedule shall be substituted, namely:—
"THE SCHEDULE"

1. (1) This Order may be called the Furnace Oil (Fixation of Ceiling Prices and Distribution) Second (Amendment) Order, 1983.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
2. For the Second Schedule appended to the Furnace Oil (Fixation of Ceiling Pnces and Distribu- tion) Order, 1974, the following schedule shall be substituted, namely: —
"THE SECOND SCHEDULE"
