NOTIFICATION •

New Delhi, the 2nd April, 1983

S.O. 276(£).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the Aluminium (Control) Order 1970 and in .supersession of the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Steel and Mines (Department of Mines) No. S.O. 122(E) dated the 3rd March, 1979, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri D. K. Acharya, Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Steel and Mines (Department of Mines) to be the Controller of Aluminium for the purposes of the said Order.
