NOTIFICATION

G.S.R. 313(E).~In exercise of the powers conferred by subjection (1) of section 3, read with section 7(2)(b) of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby appoints the Director (Ports Traffic), Ministry of Shipping and Transport, as a Trustee to represent the Ministry of Shipping and Tiansport, on the Board of Tuistces of the Port of Kandla vice Deputy Secretary (Shipping), Ministry of Shipping and Transport and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India In the Ministry of Shopping and Transport (Ports Wing) No. G.SR 266(E), dated the 26th March, 1982, namely —
In the said notification, against Serial Number 7, for the entry "Deputy Secretary (Shipping)", the entry "Directoi (Ports Traffic;", shall be substituted
