No. 600/2007—2008/82—D.B.K./F.No. 600/2502 (b)—2505/82-D.B.K,—Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise duties Drawback Rules, 1971 (Notification No. 52/F.No. 602/2/70-DBK published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, dated the 25th August, 1971), the Central Government hereby makes the following amend- ments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-50, dated the 1st June, 1982:—
1. For SS. Nos. 2007 and 2008 and the entries relating thereto the following shall be substituted.

Note:—1. 2. An additional drawback at the rate of Rs. 3.10 (Rs. three and paise ten only) per kg. is payable in respect of nylon tyres provided the exporter producei evidence to the satisfaction of the Assistant Collector con- cerned of direct duty paid importation of nylon filament yarn/tyre cord equal to 13 kgs. for ever 100 kgs. of the said tyres exported, in the manner laid down in Note 7 of General Note of this schedule.
