NOTIFICATION

New DeJhi, the 5th April, 1983

G.S.R. 317(E).—In pursuance of Sub-Rule (1) of Rule 3 of the Shipping

Development Fund (Loans and other Financial Assistance) Rule, 1981, the Central Government hereby authorise the Director (Fisheries) in the Depart- ment of Agriculture & Cooperation to receive applications from fishing companies desirous of raising a loan or obtaining other financial assistance from the Shipping Development Fund for the acquisition and maintenance of trawler.

2. The Notification No. G.S.R. 76(E) dated 21st February, 1981 stands

cancelled.
