का०अ१० 281 ( थ ) भारत सरकार, भारतीय चिकित्सा, केन्द्रीय परिषद् (निर्वाचन ) नियमा- बली , 1975 के नियम 2 के खण्ड ( घ ) द्वारा प्रवत्त सक्लियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार के स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय की 5 जनवरी , 1983 को अधिसूचना सं ० एस ०ओ ० 5 ( ई ) में एतद्वारा निम्मलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात:--

S.O. 281 (E ) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of rule 2 of the Indian Medicine Central Council (Election) Rules , 1975, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendinents in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare No. S.O. 5(E), dated the 5th January , 1983 , namely :-
In the Table to the said notification,-
(a) for serial number 10 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted, namely-.
