RESOLUTION
New Delhi, the 7lh April, 1983
File No. TGD(10)/83.—In puisuance oi' ihc announcement made by Minister of Shipping and Transport in the Parlia- ment on 2-1-3-1983 to (he effect that a High Level Committee would be set up to examine various demands of the DTC workers, the Government of India have decided to constitute a Committee consisting of the following :—
(a) Shri B, N, Swarup, Chaiiman
Secretary, Non-conventional Sources of Energy, New Delhi.
(b) Shri Prakash Narain, Member
Adviser Transport, Planning Commission, Yojana Bbawan, New Delhi.
Adviser (Finance), Bureau oi Public lintcrprise?, New Delhi.
2. Terms of reference of the Committee will be us.
follows :—
(i) To examine all pending demands of the wojkeis of Delhi Transport Corporation and make its recom- mendations on the same.
(ii) To suggest ways and means for improving indushial
relations in the organisation,
3. The Committee shall submit its Report within 4 weeks.
4. Shri V. M. Lai, in the Ministry of Shipping and Tians- port will act as Sccietary to the Committee, in addition to his current duties.
