No. S/16025/3/82-LW.—In partial modification of the Ministry of Labour Resolution No. S/16025/3/82-LW, .dated the 29th May, 1982, published in Gazette of India Extra- ordinary Part-I, Section -I, dated the 29th May, 1982, the Central Government makes the following amendments, namely :—
In the said Resolution against Serial No. (2) for the words and letters "Shri B. R. Shivankar, Room No. 36, IIIrd Floor, Zaveri House, Dr. Batliwala, Parel, Bombay-12"—"Shri B. C. Ghosh, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India and President, N.F. Railway Mazdoor Union, Rama Krishna Avenue, Patna" may be substituted.

Ordered also that a copy of the Resolution be published
in the Gazette of India Extraordinary.
