G.S.R. 321(E).—In pursuance of sub-clause (i) of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section .1 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby mikes the following amendment in the notitication of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 28(E), dated the 15th January, 1983, relating
to New Mangalore Port Trust, namely :-
