S"O. 28S(E)/18AA/n>RA/83.—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 734(E)/18AA/IDRA/81, dated the 12th October, 1982 as amended vide S.O. 79O(E), dated the 9th November, 1982 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), the management of the Whole undertaking known as Messrs Kanti Cotton Mills Private Limited, ^urendraikagar, Gujarat, was taken over under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Develop- ment and Regulation) Act, 1951, for a period bf 6 months upto and inclusive of 11th April, 1983 and the Gujarat State Textile Corporation was authorised to take over the management of the said industrial undertaking ;
And, whereas, the Central Government is of opinion \that it is expedient in the public interest that the said industrial undertaking should continue under the management of the Gujarat State Textile Corporation for a period of six months upto and inclusive of the 11th October, 1983 ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers, conferred by sub-section (2) of section 18AA of the Industries i (Development and • Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of 11th Octo- ber, 1983,
