2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PA*r II—SEC. 3(ii)]Ministry of fcaw, Justice and Company Affairs (Legislative De- partment} No. 4/3/73-Wakf dated the 30th December, 1975 [published as notification No. S.O. 247 dated the 30th Decem- ber, 1975, in the Gazette of India Part II, Section 3, Sub- section Hi), dated the 17th January, 1976 and in super- session of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of I>aw, Justke and Company Affairs (Legislative Department) No. S.O. 131(E) dated the 9th March, 1982 and in partial modification of the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Law, Justice flnd Company Affairs (Legislative Department!) No. S.O. 1()5(E) dated the 9th February, 1983, the Central Government hereby appoints Sbri Naseem Ahmed, Director of Agriculture, Government of Haryana, as the Administrator of the Punjab Wakf Board, AmbHla (vice Shri Akhtar Husain), with effect from Ihe date ho assumes charge and directs that in the said notification No. S.O. 105(E) dated the 9th February, 19N3, for the words "shall continue to be exercised and per- formed by Shri Akhtar Husain, retired District Judge of Uttar Pradeshi", the words "shall be exercised and performed by Shri Naseem Ahmed, Director of Agriuulture, Govern- ment of Haryana" shall be substituted with effect from the date Shri Naseem Ahmed assumes charge,
2. Shri Naseem Ahmed will bold charge of the post of Administrator of the Punjab Wakf Board in addition to his functions under the Government of Haryana.
