NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 12th April, 1983

G.S.R. 326(E).—In exercise of the powers jConferred by clause VJ of the Fertiliser (Control) Order, 1957, the Central Government hereby appoints with immediate effect the following officers working in ibs Central Fertiliser Quality Control and Training Institute, Faiidabad, Ministry of Agriculture, (Department of Agriculture and Cooperation) to bo Inspectors of fertilisers for the purpose of the said Order, namely :—

(1) Dr. M. R. Motoara, Director ; (2) Dr. N. Tripathi, Senior Analyst ; (3) Dr. Jogtnder Singh, Analyst ; (4XDr. G. Chakraborty, Assistant Cfoernwt; (5) Shri K. P. S. Verma, Assistant Chemist ; (6) Shri R. P. Verma, Assistant Che-mist ; (7) Shri P. D. Sbukla, Fertiliser Inspector ; (8) Shri A. K. Singh, Fertiliser Inspector ; and (9) Shri K. K. Dhingra, Fertiliser Inspector.

2. The aforementioned Officers shall exercise their jurisdiction through-

out India.
