New Delhi, the 6th April, 1983

O.N. 41(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sun-section (I) of section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby directs that the iollowing further amendment ihj.ll be mads in its notification No. 434/OJ/79I2) dated tl.>c 3rd October, 1979; viz :—

fn column 2 of the Table appended to the said notification, for tile existing entry numbered 2 occurring against item 5 'Returning Officer of 5-[³orbandar Parliamentary constituency', the entry ''2. District Supply Officer, Rajkot District, Rajkot" shall be substituted.
