New Delhi, the 14th April, 1983

G.S.R. 330(E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rulo (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, read with sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Addi- tional Duties of Excise (Goods of Special Importance) Act, 1957 (58 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 252/82-CE, dated the 8th November, 1982, namely :—

In the Table annexed to the said notification, after Serial No. 2 and the entries relating thereto the following Serial No. and entries shall be inserted, namely :—
