New Delhi, the 15th Aprit, 1983

Sf.O. 294(E).—In pursuance of Section 5 of (he Industrial Finance Cor- poration Act, 1948 (15 of 1948). the Central Government hereby fixes the minimum rate of annual dividend guaianteed by the Central Government on the additional share capital of Rs, 5,00,00,000 to be issued by the Industrial Finance Corporation of India, at 6 per cent (six per cent).
