G.5.R. 348(E>.—la exorcise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13 of Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1973 (46 of 1973) and iti partial modification of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance No. 121, (D-F. 1048 dated the 25th August, 194R, the Central Government hereby orders that Handicrafts and Handloom Export Corpuriition of India Ltd. may import into India any gold for export of gold jewellery against gold supplied by foreign buyers till 14-4-1983 under the scheme notified by Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce under Notice No. 39-lTC(PNO)/8() dated Ihe 4th April, 1981.
